For teams that want to go deeper, you can also activate a 14-day free trial after a short walkthrough call with our team of supply-chain experts. This ensures your trial is set up around your real operation and delivers value from day one.
During the trial you’ll see:
• Live vessel tracking on your real containers.
• Events and alerts when something changes.
• Full access to premium features.
• Simple reminders like “7 days left in your trial” so you know where you stand.
You can upgrade or expand your plan at any time as your business grows.If you outgrow your current limits, you have two options:
• Move to the next plan to unlock more shipments, users, roles, and features.

Your billing cycle always follows the anniversary of your subscription. If you start your plan on a specific date, you’ll be billed on that same date each month (for monthly plans) or on that date each year (for annual plans).
If you want to cancel your plan, you can do so directly within the app - no need to contact us. This ensures your subscription is closed immediately and helps to prevent any unexpected charges.
